Our process to buy property is fast and easy for your friend to sell their property quickly for cash.
Once we have bought the property
As long as we know your friend has come to us via a valid referral (you) – and their sale completes successfully – we will pay you £500.
We will require the necessary information from you so we can pay you the referral fee.

Invited friends must be new customers to Sell Fast House 4 Cash Limited.
The £600 will only be paid when each sale via a referral is successfully completed.
If your friend, the seller, withdraws from the transaction at any time, no money will be paid.
There is no limit on the number of referrals that can be made, and there is no maximum amount that can be earned through referrals.
Refer a friend cannot be used in conjunction with any other introductory or discount offer.
The £500 referral reward is not transferable, and no alternatives are available.
