Our Complaints Process

At “Sell House Fast 4 Cash”, we value and pride ourselves on our high standard of service, and anything short of this is unacceptable.

 

Like most businesses, we rely on customer referrals. 

 

We appreciate that selling a property can be stressful, and we aim to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

 

However, we know that things don’t go as planned occasionally, and we welcome complaints to improve our service. 

 

We will investigate any complaint thoroughly and transparently. We endeavour to resolve matters to your satisfaction and promptly. 

 

First Steps

Have a chat with a manager Mr Peter Ross who will resolve any issues or concerns in many cases.
